On April 26, 2024, in order to assist Guangyuan Group's universities in carrying out corporate work in compliance, at the conference room on the seventh floor of Guangyuan Hotel, 2788 Kaixuan Road, Kuancheng District, lawyers Li Jing, Zheng Naimo, and Lin Hongyan from Beijing Xinnuo (Changchun) Law Firm were invited to provide legal training on labor contract law and other relevant corporate laws for Guangyuan Group employees.

In this lecture, Lawyer Li Jing gave explanations on two aspects: property management regulations and labor contract law. In terms of property management regulations, Lawyer Li Jing provided a detailed introduction to the rights and obligations of property service enterprises, owners, developers, and owners' committees. And typical cases of public safety, parking space ownership, and arrears of property management fees were explained and analyzed. In terms of labor contract law, four typical practical problems of labor contracts were analyzed based on case studies: failure to conclude a written labor contract, failure to conclude an open-ended labor contract, disguised termination of labor contract, wage arrears, and social security. Finally, common issues in mall operations were addressed and answered. Lawyer Zheng Naimo elaborated on common issues related to marriage and maternity leave, insurance and retirement, intellectual property, and the hotel industry from point to point, providing valuable insights and benefits for everyone.
