I graduated from the Law School of Jilin University in 2012 with a master's degree. From 2012 to 2018, I served as a legal consultant for Changchun First Automobile Service Trading Co., Ltd. My main business area was company legal affairs; Negotiation of investment projects; Drafting, modifying, and reviewing contracts;

From May 2018 to November 2019, as a member of Junzejun's legal team, I provided legal advisory services to several companies including Jilin Provincial School Group, Changchun Development Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Tongchuang Weiye Asset Management Co., Ltd., Liaoning Yijin Garden Co., Ltd., Jilin Xiangyutang Pharmaceutical Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Jilin Shengshi Hengye E-commerce Co., Ltd;

I worked as a practicing lawyer at Jilin Zhuoxing Law Firm from December 2019 to November 2020; I have been working as a practicing lawyer at Xinnuo (Changchun) Law Firm in Beijing since December 2020.
