（1） Early work situation

1. In 1991, participated in the pilot work of enterprise wage reform and served as a key staff member, transitioning from fixed wages to post wages.

（2） Situation of representing civil cases

1. I represented a construction company in a demolition dispute case. The case was tried multiple times by two levels of courts, namely the first instance, the original trial, and the second instance, spanning a period of six years. The results were unfavorable to the construction company. After representing the company, I carefully analyzed the case, re determined the litigation plan, and ultimately won the lawsuit.

2. Acting as an agent for a certain enterprise in a case of non enforcement of an effective ruling, the enterprise did not participate in the litigation. The arbitration ruled that the enterprise should compensate the employee more than 170000 yuan. After the ruling came into effect, the employee requested compulsory enforcement. After submitting an application to the enforcement bureau of the court and explaining the reasons, the court decided not to enforce.
